See you at the Jackson County Farmers Market!

TLC Farm Goat Dairy is located in Jackson County, West Virginia.  We produce delicious, natural Grade A pasteurized goat milk and farmstead goat cheeses. Our farm is a family farm where all the goats have names and receive the highest standard of humane and loving care.

Our goal is to keep our goat milk as natural as possible.  We gently pasteurize our milk using the traditional method of heating the milk to 145 Fahrenheit and hold it for 30 minutes to ensure our milk is free of bacteria and harmful organisms.

We use herbal medication when necessary.  Although we do not use antibiotics each tank of milk is tested to ensure that it is free of antibiotics before the pasteurization and bottling process begins.

We do not add or remove anything from the milk that our goats produce.  Our goats eat as natural and pure as possible.

Goat's milk is naturally homogenized.  Cream can be found suspended in the milk or may separate and rise to the top of the bottles.

At TLC Farm we produce a fresh "Little House" Farmer's Cheese.  Our cheeses are all hand made in small batches, which allows us to pay close attention to every detail of the process.

We use only the freshest milk, finest imported cultures and purest salt to make our cheeses.  Also, we use only vegetable rennet for our cheeses so our products are appropriate for many vegetarian diets.

All our fresh cheeses can be used for grilling, frying, baking, salads, and sandwiches, shredded or just for snacking.  When heated our fresh cheeses will soften and brown but will not melt or run.
